Morning at about 7:00 am proceed to Passighat by local ferry (6 hours). Visit Museum and Cultural Centre.

Evening free. Overnight in Passighat.

Morning drive to Aalo. Later visit the Darka Village, one of the largest Adi (Gallong) tribal villages. Overnight in Aalo.

Morning drive to Sangam, the confluence of the river Siang and Simon. Start your trek to Komsing village by crossing the Siang river hanging bridge. Trek stretch to 2.5 hours (one way). Visit the local village and trek back to your resort in Aalo.

Morning drive to Dapirojo. En-route visit tribal villages Tapi, Tribin and Bam etc. Houses in this village are artistically built on the hill slop without using nails but only of bamboo and cane. Overnight in Daporijo.

Morning drive to ZIro. Enroute visit Nishi as well as the Hill Miri Tribal villages like Raga, Tamin and Mori. Overnight in Ziro.

Morning full day Ziro Villages. Visit Apatani villages, Tarin fish farm, Emporium, Museum and local market. Drive to old Ziro Village. Overnight in Ziro.

Drive to Itanagar. En-route visit Nishi villages. Overnight in Itanagar.

 ITANAGAR – KAZIRANGA (300 km / 7.5 hrs)

Morning drive to Kaziranga. Evening free at leisure. Overnight in Kaziranga.

Kaziranga National Park – The World Heritage Site is the oldest park in Assam & is located on the banks of the Brahmaputra River. Kaziranga National Park is a natural habitat for conservation of biologically diverse flora & fauna. It is inhabited by the world’s largest population of one-horned rhinoceroses besides sheltering about 15 species of India’s threatened mammals. There are numerous other major wildlife fauna.

Enjoy 02 Jeep Safari (Morning & Afternoon) & Elephant Safari early morning at Kaziranga National Park. Overnight in Kaziranga.

In time transfer to Guwahati Airport (250 km/ 4.5 hrs) for onward journey. Board flight to Kolkata. Arrive Kolkata & transfer to hotel.

Full day Kolkata city include visiting of Jain Temple, Dalhousie Square & Indian Museum and Victoria Memorial  & Mother Teresa’s House.

 In time board flight for Bhubneshwar, On arrival transfer to hotel.

Day 16 (Tue): Gopalpur – Taptapani – Saura tribal villages – Rayagada (230kms / 10hrs drive including sightseeing )

Day 18 (Thu): Jeypore – Ankadelli (market only on Thursday) – Jeypore (180kms / 06hrs drive including sightseeing)

Jeypore – Jagannath temple & tribal museum – Paraja tribal – Mali tribal – Vizag

Hotel & Room Guide for Assam & Arunchal Pradesh

• All hotels do not have lift facility & the guest may have to climb stairs. Incase of guests having problems with blood pressure, breathing, knee & heart or if they cannot climb the higher floors, we will request you to report this problem at the time of booking so that we may take appropriate action. This is again subject to availability.
• For early morning check out breakfast may be limited to simple bread & butter / jam.
• The region’s prime tourist interest in its Nature and eco-friendly atmosphere. The facilities available here cannot be matched with other developed destinations. Many accommodations will have basic facilities compared with other regions. This is for the prior information for the tourists that this region can be enjoyed in its natural beauty and simple flavour.

• In the region, scarcity of water & electricity is a natural phenomenon. Guests are requested to bear with such problems as may arise during the tour.

Vehicle operation & usage guide:

• The local tour guide reserves the rights to make changes or omit any place of visit, if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike or band, security reason etc. This is to ensure smooth travel & guest safety.
• Kindly inform us if the guests are senior citizens or have health related issues (like arthritis, heart problems etc.) or any such matter which might need special arrangements. Some itineraries will not be suitable for them and we will suggest accordingly.

• The security concerns, driver’s working hours etc. will be kept in mind while planning the tour and sightseeing.
• Weather in the region is unpredictable. We have kept your sightseeing related with nature flexible.
• During Rainy season, heavy showers are possible and many times tarpaulin may not cover all the luggage because of the nature of heavy showers. In such case, luggage will have to be loaded inside the vehicle. The guests will have to adjust to such situations.
• Guests are requested to follow the time strictly as given to you. Night travel has been completely avoided in the itineraries.
